My law practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate including its acquisition, development, financing, and leasing where I regularly represent developers, landlords, tenants, property managers and business owners with respect to a wide variety of commercial real estate developments including office buildings, hospitals and medical office buildings, as well as multifamily residential developments and shopping centers. I also have extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants with respect to sophisticated commercial leases and ground leases as well as lenders and borrowers structuring and closing a wide variety of lending and borrowing arrangements, including land development and construction loans as well as traditional secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans. In addition, my practice includes representing clients in connection with the acquisition, formation, operation, sale and merger of their businesses with a special concentration on joint venture limited liability company formation.
